1. “I just try to be myself as much as possible… whether I'm at work or whether I'm at home.”

How often do you feel like you’re showing up as your true self, whether at work, with friends, or at home? What’s one small step you could take to let your real self shine through more consistently?

2. “People can only love you as much as they truly know you.”

Are there parts of yourself you hold back from others because you’re worried about how they’ll react? How might sharing more of your authentic self deepen your relationships?

3. “I want to talk to them with the same amount of human respect that I would expect from them.”

Think about the last time you interacted with someone in a different role or position than you—like a coworker, a cashier, or a boss. How did you approach them? Could treating everyone with equal respect change the way you connect with others?

4. “Just cause you're not ‘a way’, you can become ‘a way’ with work and effort.”

Is there a trait or habit you admire in someone else that you’d love to develop in yourself? What’s one practical way you could start working toward that, even if it feels tough at first?

5. “The only way to pay our parents and our grandparents back… is to pay it forward.”

Who’s poured into your life? A parent, teacher, or friend? How could you pass on their wisdom or kindness to someone else in your circle?
